Following her recent drug controversy Miley posted a freakishly weird picture on Instagram showing off a bloody nose with blood running down her hands.
She then shared a picture with a clean nose, but said it was the worst part of her day…
These pictures come shortly after a picture obtained by The Sun was released in which the singer is wearing a unicorn onsie with a laptop on her lap.
A table covered in what looks like cannabis, a packet of cigarette papers, a rolled up dollar bill and a vial of white powder can also be seen in front of her, MailOnline reports.
Refusing to go to rehab, Miley seems to be on a downward spiral and is showing no signs of slowing down.
