A man, who was accused of sucking a woman’s toes in a Walmart store in Lincolnton has been sentenced to 60 days in jail.
Michael Brown pleaded guilty to assault on a female when he appeared in a Gaston County court on Thursday morning, April 10, 2014.
The victim watched the hearing from the back of the courtroom and had a blank stare when the judge gave Brown a 60 day sentence, WSOCTV reports.
In court, Brown told the judge, “I apologize to the victim. I am ready to take full responsibility for my actions.”
Brown’s accuser, Erika Porras, said he offered to help her find a shoe in the store then grabbed her foot without permission and began sucking her toes.
Last month, Brown went into the Walmart in Lincolnton, told a woman he was a podiatry student, and asked to help her try on shoes. She thought he was an employee.
Brown seemed pleased with what happened in court Thursday as he exited the courtroom with what appeared to be a satisfied smile
Brown has a criminal history of doing lewd things with women’s feet that dates back to 2001.
The repulsed victim reportedly left the building in tears.
