2 Notorious Cult Members And Robbers In Lagos Arrested

Lagos State Police Command has apprehended two notorious cultists who have been terrorizing residents in Ajah, Lagos State while attempting to launch a robbery attack in the neighbourhood
According to the police, the gang was going to inspect the location of a resident, where they had planned to attack when they were apprehended.
The suspect, identified as Solomon and Saleh were caught with arms and ammunition whiles the third member of the group who is popularly known as Sunny, is currently at large.

21-year-old Solomon, who is one of the suspects, says he did not know that the fraternity to which he belongs is an armed robbery gang, claiming that he was warned of the implications of quitting the gang.
“I am from Benin city, Edo state. I am also into fashion and designing. I learned from my sister Vivian based at Ajah Ogombo. She later employed me to work for her.”
The other suspect who claimed to be an informant to the soldier who arrested them said the joined the gang out of frustration after dropping out of Military School at Zaria.
“I should have told the Police my plan, or even the soldier who handed us over to police, when I discovered that we were going to rob,” he lamented.
