Peter Olisamedua Amangbo named new Zenith Bank CEO

Zenith Bank has recently named Peter Olisamedua as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as its current head is now confirmed as the new governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Executive director Olisamedua Amangbo has been working with the bank for more than 21 years and will now become the CEO with effect from June 11.

The outgoing Zenith CEO, Godwin Emefiele was appointed last month to replace the suspended Central Bank Governor Lamido Sanusi. The Nigerian senate confirmed his appointment last week.
