Beyonce has been criticised many times over the state of her daughter, Blu Ivy’s hair, which always had a tangled, curly look, like it was never combed. Beyonce who apparently had plans for her daughter’s hair was not bothered. The adorable toddler stepped out with her parents yesterday rocking her new look with her hair wrapped up in a bun.
